Beets for weight loss – How to add Beetroot to your diet for weight loss:
Beets are incredibly easy to prepare and there are a number of prepared options as well. When buying fresh beetroot, choose the roots which look bright in color – that indicates freshness, and the ones that have “fresh” looking greenery at the top – the leaves on top can also tell you how fresh they are. Try to buy bunches where the beets are all the same or of similar size – because it makes it easier to cook them. Beets can be used raw in smoothies, they can be boiled or baked.
This is my favorite fat busting beet salad. You can cook the beets in the oven, on the stove or even in the microwave. When done remove the skins and then just toss them in the Apple Cider Vinegar and Olive oil. The Beets, Apple Cider Vinegar and Olive oil are all great for fat busting so the salad is a fat busting extravaganza.
You can serve the fat busting beet salad hot or cold and it stores for about a week in the fridge.
